Pull Harder, Train Smarter
The MXEdge Lift was designed to make finger strength training more effective — and more comfortable. Backed by hundreds of hours of testing with climbers, coaches, and physios, its unique edge geometry lets you pull harder without the usual discomfort, helping you get more out of every session.
Three Edges + A Mono
This compact lifting board comes with three different edges plus a single-finger mono, giving you plenty of variety to target the holds that matter most for your projects.
Stable & Reliable
Forget about awkward wobbles mid-lift. The MXEdge Lift’s cord setup keeps the board steady and upright, so your fingers are always loaded consistently across sessions. More stability means better training, less risk of slips, and results you can track.
Why This Edge Is Different
Instead of aiming for “equal” pressure across all fingers, the MXEdge uses varied edge depth and surface area to put your fingers in the strongest pulling position. That means:
-
More contact where you need it (middle fingers)
-
Less strain where you don’t (outer fingers)
-
A comfier grip that allows you to lift heavier and train harder
By reducing stress on the stabilisers in your hand and wrist, the MXEdge helps you engage the right muscles — your forearm flexors and fingers — for maximum strength gains over time.
Choose Your Size
Training tools should fit the climber, not the other way around. That’s why the MXEdge Lift comes in two sizes:
-
MXLarge → edges: 22mm, 16mm, 12mm | mono: 28mm
-
MXSmall → edges: 18mm, 14mm, 8mm | mono: 25mm
If you’ve got larger hands, the bigger edge depths offer better fingertip support than the usual shallow 18–20mm hangboard edge. For smaller hands or climbers who prefer tighter grips, the smaller version keeps the training stimulus dialed in.
