We listened to that guy and many others like him. That’s why we're making it easier to get a shoe that fits you perfectly!

What's in it for you?

If you get shoes that don't fit, we'll cover shipping both ways to get you a pair that does fit! And we will do this no matter how many tries it takes to get that perfect fit.

What's the catch you say?

Of course there's a catch, but it's simple really... all you have to do is contact us before you make your purchase.

We will recommend a size and if it doesn't fit, we’ll cover shipping both waysto get you the right one — and we’ll keep doing that until it’s right, no matter how many tries it takes.

We'll ask for things like how long you foot is, if your index toe is longer than big toe, what type of fit you'd like and what type of climbing your doing/want the shoe to do

What others commonly ask about

Can I try the shoes out at the gym?

No you can't. The guarantee will only apply to trying the shoes on at home to get an overall feel of the shoe.

All of our shoes are synthetic so the feel of them when you first try them on to 6 months down the line will be the same albeit slightly more comfortable.

Does it apply to every shoe you sell?

Yep, as long as you contact us beforehand, it applies to all shoes we sell

How many swaps can I make?

As many as it takes. We usually get it right on the first or second try but we'll keep going until you find that perfect fit.

What info should I give you for the best first-time recommendation?

Try to include as much information about what you're looking for but we'll typically ask you

Foot length (heel-to-big-toe) in cm/mm without shoes on.
preferred fit (comfy, performance, tight)
Any models you might be eyeing already
What type of climbing you'd want to do.

When do you send the replacement shoe?

If you are taking up our guarantee, once we receive the shoes back into the shop then we'll send you out the replacement pair.

What if the shoe I want is out of stock in the next size?

We’ll either preorder it for you or suggest the closest equivalent model—your call.

Any hidden restock fees?

Zero. We hate those as much as you do.

Great harness! Kids love them. Really comfortable with plenty of padding. Easy to adjust for a secure fit, and it gives plenty of confidence while climbing.

I have made the move from Scarpa Helix to these Ocun Havoc shoes. The softer rubber on these Havocs enable me to feel more certain and secure of my footing.

Excellent and well put together guide and a good size for carrying as well. Haven’t been yet, but a little put off by its anti top rope view as I mostly nowadays TRS as I don’t have easy access to a climbing partner. But as a guidebook…excellent.

Super comfy. Heel isn't the most secure. Rubber is sticky and soft. Wanted a pair of comfortable shoes for indoor climbing and this fit the bill!

Got these as a pair of comfortable shoes for gym and warm up climbs and have much ditched the performance shoes I had all together. love how comfortable these fit.

Haven't done any bouldering in them but they have served me well for lead (indoor and outdoor) and board climbing.

I normally wear size 42.5 La Sportiva shoes (Miura VS, Python) which are a more performance fit. I got recommend the 9UK of these online by Happy Biner contact us phone number I texted and as a comfort fit the fit has been pretty much perfect.

These shoes obviously don't smear as good as a super soft bouldering shoe or edge as good as a super stiff shoe like the Miura, but they definitely do both very much good enough for anything I've ever climbed. I think these shoes are like 90% of the functionality of a high end performance shoe but like triple comfortable which has been a trade off I've started making even on harder climbing (they are also a lot cheaper than the high end shoes too)

Overall great comfy shoe that will get you to the top of moderate sport climbs in comfort.

Being a beginner climber and looking for my first shoe was a bit daunting. However Sophie was able to answer all of my questions and help me with the correct fit. I did need to use the shoe fit guarantee and have a bigger size sent to me but that was all very smooth and quick. Dear Reader, Moccs aren't very common in Sydney. But Mitch and Sophie found me the right size without me even having to step into one. I kid you not Dear Reader, when I tried them on they fit me so comfortably I could walk about in them. Like Normal Walking. Not New Climbing Shoes walking. It's just as well because I asked Mitch and Sophie to suggest a size that would be comfy and would Make Climbing Fun Again.
