Using a tape measure for best accuracy, measure from heel to toe and compare to the MM section. Round up if in between sizes.
Stick close to your street shoe size:
- if you are wanting a tighter fit, only go down half a size.
- If you are wanting more comfortable shoes, go up half a size.
