What's in it for you?
If you get shoes that don't fit, we'll cover shipping both ways to get you a pair that does fit! And we will do this no matter how many tries it takes to get that perfect fit.
What's the catch you say?
Of course there's a catch, but it's simple really... all you have to do is contact us before you make your purchase.
We will recommend a size and if it doesn't fit, we’ll cover shipping both waysto get you the right one — and we’ll keep doing that until it’s right, no matter how many tries it takes.
How do we contact you?
We'll ask for things like how long you foot is, if your index toe is longer than big toe, what type of fit you'd like and what type of climbing your doing/want the shoe to do

What others commonly ask about
Can I try the shoes out at the gym?
No you can't. The guarantee will only apply to trying the shoes on at home to get an overall feel of the shoe.
All of our shoes are synthetic so the feel of them when you first try them on to 6 months down the line will be the same albeit slightly more comfortable.
Does it apply to every shoe you sell?
Yep, as long as you contact us beforehand, it applies to all shoes we sell
How many swaps can I make?
As many as it takes. We usually get it right on the first or second try but we'll keep going until you find that perfect fit.
What info should I give you for the best first-time recommendation?
Try to include as much information about what you're looking for but we'll typically ask you
- Foot length (heel-to-big-toe) in cm/mm without shoes on.
- preferred fit (comfy, performance, tight)
- Any models you might be eyeing already
- What type of climbing you'd want to do.
When do you send the replacement shoe?
If you are taking up our guarantee, once we receive the shoes back into the shop then we'll send you out the replacement pair.
What if the shoe I want is out of stock in the next size?
We’ll either preorder it for you or suggest the closest equivalent model—your call.
Any hidden restock fees?
Zero. We hate those as much as you do.
