Shipping policy

Shipping within Australia:

  • Standard delivery is a flat rate fee of $9.95
  • We no longer have a free shipping threshold
  • Express is a flat fee of $20.00

** Some heavy/bulky items may have an extra postage cost applied - in which case, it is stated clearly before purchasing via the product page.

Backordered & Restocking Soon Items:

From time to time, certain products on our website may be shown as Restocking Soon or Backordered. These items are available to purchase but are not currently held in stock but are held by our supplier. Once an order is placed, we will order the item from our supplier.

Customers who purchase a Backordered or Restocking Soon item will receive an email with an estimated dispatch timeframe. These timeframes vary depending on the product and supplier but are generally 3–6 business days, and in some cases 6–10 business days if there are supplier delays.

If an order includes both in‑stock and backordered items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.

If you would prefer to receive your in‑stock items sooner, you are welcome to leave a note at checkout or email us to request a partial shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order is sent in multiple shipments.

Please note that all estimated timeframes are provided as a guide only and depend on supplier availability and other factors beyond our control. If any extended delay occurs, we will contact you promptly.

Shipping Internationally:

We can ship a selection of our items to New Zealand and United States based on destination and weight of the items you order. This rate is inline with Australia Post's fees as well.

Local Delivery:

  • We can locally deliver orders within 10km of Toowoomba City which can be chosen in checkout
  • Local delivery is free but can take 2-3 days processing time before delivering
  • Local delivery is not valid for any Parcel Lockers or similar offered by AusPost or other businesses as they are only able to be shipped to those locations
    • If an invalid address or parcel locker is selected with Local Delivery, we will contact you to get a different address or you will need to pay for shipping rates above 

Local Pickup:

  • You can choose to pick up in-store at no cost. It can usually take up to 4 hours to prepare it from when the order is placed, we will send a notification when ready to pickup
  • Our store is located at 76 Russell Street, Toowoomba City QLD 4350
