Lattice Training Flex Block

Just like strength training, flexibility deserves structured, measurable progress. The Flex Block brings training methodology to your stretching routine, helping you avoid plateaus, stay motivated, and see visible improvement over time. With built-in measurement scales, you can finally track your flexibility gains with precision.

What’s the Flex Block For?

• Measure your stretch: Dual scales let you objectively track range of motion. In a forward fold, measure how close your hands are to the floor, or in a pancake stretch, push the block along your Flex Mat to record your reach.

• Modify intensity: Sitting on one or two blocks makes tight hamstring stretches more accessible—removing excess strain while keeping the stretch effective.

• Support your form: Use it under hands, feet, or hips to maintain proper alignment and train smarter.

Not Just Another Yoga Block

Crafted from organic cork, the Flex Block is eco-friendly, durable, and skin-friendly. The soft-yet-grippy surface stays secure even with sweaty palms, while rounded edges ensure comfort in any position. Cork’s natural antimicrobial and antifungal properties keep it fresh for a lifetime of use.
